If you're in need of a vehicle that is larger than what we offer, we'll be able to assist you with booking as many vehicles as needed to fit the bill. Of course, this is baring any availability black outs or previously booked vehicles.
If you need limousine rental and you're scheduled for 6 hours and you realize you're stuck in traffic, or a show you were at went longer than expected just let your driver know with as much notice as possible and he or she will be able to accommodate you. If you are just having a great time and want to continue past your 6 hours, we certainly don't want to stand in the way.
Overtime is billed at the previously contracted rate and is billed in 15 minute increments. This ensures that if you go over by 15 or 20 minutes that you will not be billed for an entire hour of service. This helps save you money in the long run.
Yes, as long as you are of legal drinking age. Part of the charm of renting our vehicles is that the party never stops.

No, smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles, we try to keep our vehicles looking and smelling in pristine condition. You are, however, allowed unlimited stops so feel free to ask your driver to stop anytime you or anyone in your group needs a smoke break.
Per Michigan Department of Transportation guidelines, we cannot provide alcohol to the groups that rent our vehicles. However, we invite you to bring your group's favorite drinks and stock the cooler areas which will have ice in them.
Our prices vary depending on many factors. The size of the limo bus you rent and your date and time of service are the main determining factors so you will want to call one of our friendly customer service agents. They will be able to give you a customized quote for your situation. But one thing we want you to know is the quote we give you will be all-inclusive, there are no hidden fees you will have to pay beyond your quote.
Yes, we require a $200 hold on a credit or debit card. That hold will be released after we determine that there was no damage to the vehicle you used.
Our business has been growing by leaps and bounds. It is also based on a first come first serve basis so we recommend as soon as you know your date of service, give us a call to check on availability.
No, they do not. Most of the time we find that guests do not want to sit near a restroom onboard a vehicle which causes our buses to actually have less seating than allowed by the DOT. We do, however, allow for an unlimited amount of comfort stops to allow you and your guests to use the rest room or to do whatever you would like when you would like.
Absolutely. We get the contact information of every child in the vehicle and we make no stops unless previously directed by an adult. No exceptions are granted to this rule. Also it should be noted that children are liable to be searched upon entering and exiting the vehicle to ensure that they have no alcohol.

We do not allow cancellations at any time or for any reason. When you order a limo bus or limo from us, you reserve it for that night. That stops us from selling the vehicle for that evening. Therefore we cannot allow for cancellations.

No, the price you paid included a minimal gratuity. If you feel your driver has given you exceptional beyond the call of duty service and you want to tip them at the end of your service time, that would strictly be up to you.
